At Bloodwood, Claire has built a restaurant defined by sustainability, community and native Australian ingredients - sourcing from small local producers, minimising waste, and pairing dishes with natural, low-intervention wines. Drawing on her Lebanese, South African and Italian heritage, she believes food's greatest power is bringing people together.
